Thank you for ordering from The Story Lantern. Each hardcover book is printed especially for you and shipped with care.
Order Processing
Hardcover books are printed to order.
Orders typically enter production within 1 business day and ship within 2–3 business days when rush printing is selected.
Digital editions are delivered immediately via email after purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your hardcover order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery after shipment:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Australia: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.
We offer flat-rate shipping by region to keep pricing simple and predictable.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking information once shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If you do not see tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
International Orders
For international deliveries:
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country.
• These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase price.
We print in regional facilities whenever possible to reduce delivery time and shipping distance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
